~ personal allowance: Age 0-5 no monthly allowance / $6-8 $10 / 9-13 $20 / 14-18 $30
~ Bi-annual clothing – reimbursement only – up to $100 per child after original receipts are received. These receipts must be mailed by February 15th and August 15th of each year. [mail to CCCFSB / 3115 CR 3306 / Jacksonville, TX 75766]
